We are a premium winery with 6 ha of vineyards in the prestigious Rheingau area close to Frankfurt, Germany. Our main grape varieties are Riesling and Pinot Noir. We are an innovative winery that produces Crémant, Sekt, wine as well as a range of alcohol-free wines. We start where others stop. We have been the first winery in Europe that filled wine in aluminum bottles, and we are actively working towards an returnable bottle system for all of Germany. We are certified Fair’n Green, Save climate and vegan. Four out of maximum five stars in EICHELMANN seven years after their foundation show the exceptional quality.
For the vintage 2025 we offer a diversified internship /cellar hand in the period from mid of August to the middle/end of October. This timing is also depending on the applicant’s needs.
Tasks: Preparation of the vineyards for harvest, analysis of the best time for harvest, pre-selection and manual harvest, maceration and pressing of the grapes, must clarification, control of the quality and content of the musts. The aim is that after a few weeks you have learned everything that you need to know to run a winery.
You will work directly with the owner and cellar master, who is former VINIFERA student and obviously fluent in English.
Previous knowledge of viticulture and/or cellar management is an advantage.

Firmenbeschreibung
